Raw Frozen Bones/Meats/Grinds

Frozen raw lamb breast slabs, sold by case only.  Cases range from 8-10 lbs.  Each slab weighs approximately 2.5 pounds, and cases contain 2-3 slabs.   These slabs contain fully edible bone, meat,...

Elk Trim.  Seasonal offering.  These are pre-bagged  in 3-5 lb. bags.

Raw beef feet (includes hoof).  Excellent choice for making bone broth.  Each foot is approx. four lbs. Bone broth can be beneficial for joint 

Turkey wings.  Bagged in 2 to 4 wings per bag.  Bags weigh approx. 3-5 lbs. each.

(When ordering, please input the minimum number of pounds you desire.  Your invoice total will be adjusted when final weights are determined.)

Raw pork kidneys.  Case weights vary, but are approximately 15 lb.  (This is frozen in one 15-lb. block.)

Raw lamb liver.  Case weights vary, but average 10 lbs. each.

Raw pork livers.  Case weights vary, but are approximately 15 lb.  (This is frozen in one 15-lb. block.)

Raw turkey livers.  Case weights vary, but are approximately 30 lb. - 40 lbs. (This is frozen in one block.)
