Special Grind #2: Chicken/Duck/Turkey, 4 lb. bag

The Special Grinds have been created for folks that are looking for a more economical 100% meat alternative with a variety of proteins.  The Special Grinds are only available in 4 lb. bags.

Special Grind #2 consists of 25% dark meat chicken (including skin and ground bone), 25% dark meat duck (including skin and bone), 25% turkey heart and 25% chicken gizzards.  Meat is ground to a 3/8" grind.  No supplements or vegetables are added. (turkey or chicken heart or gizzard meat may be substituted in case of shortages)
