Pork Brisket (per lb.)

This is truly a meaty raw bone.  This is a strip of pork, with large chunks of fully-digestible bone and cartilage.  These contain a significant amount of meat.  

There are approximately 2-3 pieces per bag with weights ranging from 2.5 lbs. to 8 lbs. per bag, depending on the manufacturer.  (Your invoice total will be adjusted when final weights are determined.)
