Raw turkey gizzards in a 40 lb. case. This food is a good source of vitamin B12, which helps prevent anemia and is important for brain function. Despite their high protein and vitamin content, gizzards are low in fat.

Raw chicken hearts in a 40 lb. case. This food is low in Sodium. It is also a good source of Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Protein, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12, Iron and Zinc.

Venison trim, full case.  Cases vary in weight, but average 60 lbs.

Elk Trim.  Seasonal offering.  Cases vary in weight, but average 50 lbs.

Boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces.  This items comes packaged in a 40 lb. case and usually contains four bags (approx. 10 lbs. each).

Frozen raw lamb breast slabs, sold by case only.  Cases range from 8-10 lbs.  Each slab weighs approximately 2.5 pounds, and cases contain 2-3 slabs.   These slabs contain fully edible bone, meat, and a good amount of fat.
