Special Grind #5: Pork/Chicken, 4 lb. bag

The Special Grinds have been created for folks that are looking for a more economical 100% meat alternative with a variety of proteins.  The Special Grinds are only available in 4 lb. bags.

Special Grind #5 consists of 50% pork cushion, 25% pork heart, and 25% chicken gizzards.  Meat is ground to a 3/8" grind.  No supplements or vegetables are added.
